General description
Multifunctional epoxy resin are obtained by reaction of special structure phenol with epichlorohydrin. It has different functional characteristicsbecause of their structural diversity, and their performance has been greatly improved compared with basic epoxy resin, such as improvingsubstrate adhesion,enhancing Tg,increasing toughness, improving thermal resistance and improving electrical properties of substrate, which arewidely used in lead-free process or halogen-free copper clad laminate.
